Grenache, cinsault and cabernet sauvignon.

Pale, dry and beautifully crisp. Very subtle flavour.

Too subtle for some I guess but I like it.

Sounds like a proper Aix-en-Provence rose then ? With some of these, the flavour becomes more Avante Guarde with age.

You hardly had the weather to serve chilled in the garden ! Or while lounging on the patio - Cafe' Provence.

Get the Paul Cezanne' book out when quaffing, may enhance the flavour :wink:
