Made for M&S by Pierre Vidal. Cilliers des Dauphins, from 80% Grenache Noir and 20% Syrah.

The vineyard is located on soils dominated by clay and chalk. Fermentation begins at low temperatures, gradually increasing and peaking at around 30°C, with a post fermentation maceration of ten days.

Dark plum with some liquorice aroma. Dark fruity and dry with quite a hard feel. Not great.
