I think there is an argument for and against, depends on what you want from it, the qualities offered with youth, bright fruit flavours, freshness etc or what aging offers, nutty, honeyed tones, harmony, complexity. What foods are you matching it with could influence a decision too.
The wine certainly has the potential to age although I would not hesitate to open an '04 or '05 again. I plan to grab some more next time Waitrose put it back on offer, I doubt I will get an '04 again though.
