Tasted like a good aged chardonnay with smoky, honey flavours but still possessing a fresh kick.

Very strong flavours and a long finish - even stood up to pretzels, normally can't taste any wine for about 5 mins afterwards. Good on its own or with nibbles, liked it a lot and with an extra 25% discount it's an absolute bargain. Perhaps too oaky for lovers of its airy fairy Loire cousin though.

I wager this has quite a bit of alc in there too?
