Tribs, I wonder if Cono Sur should engage a couple of Pinot Noir consultants for the European palate. Now, who supplied them with dodgy PN root stock grafts and cuttings ? ? ?
They could do worse from paying me a fat fee, a lot worse it would appear.
Perhaps it's the wine making ? ? ? Earthquake - doubtful, otherwise the whole wine cuvee for this batch would be been an insurance claim ages ago.
I also speculate that the French oak if used, was from a green & bitter sappy batch - someone knows something !
