Blimey, this smells of heaven. Sweet, but also with ripe apricots, a touch of marmalade, some baking aromas. Yummee. I let out a little moan when it was in my mouth. It rolls around the mouth but the acidity is bright and complex and beautiful. This is one of the best sweeties I've tasted this tasting season. Only online and in a slim balsamic-type bottle. Great Christmas present.
