Fabulously inviting nose. The sort that makes you let out a little moan. Beautiful taste.  This wine works again and again. There is no point in looking elsewhere for Rioja under a tenner.

Showing its age.  Quite brick red and the aroma is caramelised and savoury, with some warm compost (well-rotted). The tannin's completely smoothed out. This is savoury heaven.
