50% Ugni Blanc and 50% Colombard. After suffering two consecutive years of severe yield shortage, the Gers has returned to a normal
(even above average) yield, boasting good quality grapes. The fruit for this wine was machine-harvested at night. After a short skin
contact maceration, the fruit was pneumatically pressed and only the clearest juice fermented at low temperature of 13°C with selected
yeasts. No malolactic but aged for 3 months on fine lees, in stainless steel tanks. Alc 11.8%, TA 4.72g/l, pH 3.34, RS 4.2g/l. Waitrose Wine Direct and 263 branches.
