100% Viura. The grapes were hand-harvested and pneumatically pressed. The juice was then cold macerated at 8 - 9°C for 6 - 8 hours
and then barrel-fermented in new American oak at 16 - 18°C. Post ferment, the new wine was matured on lees with a weekly bâtonnage.
Alc 13.2%, TA 5.57g/l, pH 3.27. Waitrose Wine Direct and 263 branches.
Lovely, green, woody nose. So, so inviting to me. Oaky and typical white Rioja. I love this style of wine. Very green and complex flavours. Great with all sorts of herby foods.

Sounds nice, my style of Rioja blanco as well. Yum with the right supper.
