100% Pinot Noir from the Cave des Hautes Côtes who are responsible for 15% of the total production of this appellation. Vines are hightrained
and grown on chalky-clay soils with marl content. They are 20+ years old and were harvested by machine with a yield of 48hl/ha.
2009 was an early vintage with ideal temperate conditions. The grapes enjoyed a pre-ferment cold maceration and were then vinified
with selected yeast in stainless steel vats at a maximum temperature of 30°C with regular pumpovers. 30% of the bend underwent an
inoculated malo in tank and maturation on lees took place in a mixture of tank and French oak barrels for 10 - 12 months. Winemaker
