80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc from the outskirts of Saint-Émilion, planted on clay-calcareous soils with gravel. Grapes were
harvested by machine late-Sept to mid-Oct. Traditional winemaking with daily pumpovers to extract tannins. Maceration lasted 15 - 20
days in tanks followed by further maturation in tank. Winemaker Mr Gilles Berty. Suitable for vegetarians. Alc 13.5%, TA 3.25g/l, pH 3.5,
