Shocking, shocking wine. Mainly made from Cabernet. This is just ridiculously sweet. I know I have a problem with sweet wines but this is one of the most disgustingly sweet wines I have tried this year and it's nearly Christmas.

Dec 06 - This remains my joint worst ever wine tasted at a tasting where presumably the staff have tasted the wines first and actually let the press loose on the wine. The other being Las Moras Sauvignon Blanc.

I know what you mean about toe-curling sweetness. I opened a bottle of Ring Bolt Cab-Sauv, Margaret River '04 (Tesco ?6.99) and nearly drove back to the store there and then. It had lots going for it but the sweetness was overbearing.
