100% Chardonnay, mechanically harvested. The wine is cold settled before it undergoes both yeast and malolactic fermentation in tanks. Matured 3 months on fine lees in tanks. Winemaker ~ Bertrand Cherel.

Light, fresh aroma. Long and intense flavour. Interesting and makes you realise that there is a point in Chablis.
