Region: 100% sourced from Enterprise Vineyard in the Clare Valley, South Australia.
Viticulture/Vinification: Terra Rossa soils. 35 year old spur pruned, no tillage/cultivation of the vineyard. The vines are naturally low yielding which helps to maintain high concentration of flavour and quality. Standard vinification processes are followed by 18 months ageing in French oak.

Minty, with a hint of marmite and maybe liquorice. The taste is the same. It’s rather wonderful. Really spicy and savoury. With steak, perhaps, or sausages?
