Region: Mendoza.
Viticulture/Vinification: Vines are grown at altitude of 1200m. Grapes are hand harvested and carefully sorted by hand. Cold maceration occurs before fermentation, which takes place at a controlled temperature of 25°C. Wine is pumped over three times a day. Post fermentation, the maceration occurs for 10 days. This wine is treated minimally with only filtration. The wine has not spent any time in oak.
