Region: Puligny-Montrachet. Viticulture/Vinification: “Minimal intervention” policy in the vineyard, using phytosanitaire products and manual work. Manual harvest from average 40 year old vines. Press with a pneumatic press and racking of the must. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation. Nine months in oak.
Availability: Major stores only – 15 stores.
13.5% vol.
Quite greenish in colour. New oak on the nose. Ripe grapefruity, pithy fruit with some oak on the finish. Could do with some time, still. Not more than a year or two. Lovely apricot aftertaste. Yum.
