Region: The Mâconnais area of Burgundy.
Viticulture/Vinification: Grapes are hand picked. Whole bunch pressed and kept on fine lees. 100% fermented in stainless steel at 16ºC. 20% was aged in French oak for five months.

13.5% vol.
Quite a mineral nose. The 20% that is aged in French oak isn’t obvious. Full, tangy and with great mouth feel. This is good. Price is fair, but it could do with a couple of years to come into its own.
