Winemaker and winery: Cristián García, Finca La Celia. Grape variety: 100% Pinot Grigio. Region: Mendoza, Argentina. Viticulture/Vinification: Vines are planted in predominantly sandy alluvial soils at the foot of the Andes. Grapes were hand-harvested between March 10th-20th 2009. The wine was fermented at 16-18°C over 15 days and is entirely unoaked. Availability: 307 stores. 12.50%
Quite green in colour. A very odd chemical smell, like deep heat. Dry, savoury and not beautiful at all. 23/03/10
