Winemaker: Roberto Carrancá (Chief Winemaker). Grape Varieties: 100% Sauvignon Blanc. Region: Casablanca Valley, Chile. Viticulture/Vinification: Grapes are harvested in 10kg in the early morning, taking advantage of the low temperatures. The grapes are de-stemmed and crushed, less than 2 hours after they have been harvested. After a short maceration the free run juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks at 13-15ºC. Fresh, green and peapoddy nose. Inviting. Also creamy and full. Tangy, sharp and refreshing. Not bad. 23/03/10
