Viticulture/Vinification: The grapes are stored at 10°C, pressed, settled and racked. On some batches we made a cold maceration under 10°C for about 12 hours. Fermentation started with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature of about 9-11°C for about 2/3 weeks.

Nicely recognisable nose. Fresh, snapped elder twigs, but with some curry spice. Quite ripe, but with sharp acidity. Good, and bright. Reasonable price.
