Interesting limey smell. Clean and fresh. Very creamy taste. A load of flavour, but clean. The after taste is of oak, but not the after feel. Good, and about the right price. Smart dinner party wine.

Bought three of the '07 last Sept, when on special offer for £9.99. Lucky me - I rushed in to get when I saw the '07, cos Jancis likes Thibert's wines as well

It just made it into RP's 90 club later in October. Glad you liked Dom Thibert.
I thought I'd leave the wine a bit longer for the oak to harmonise a little more ?
