Little smell in the freezing cellar, but with some hand cupping it came round a bit. Don’t serve this straight from the fridge. On warming, there was a deep and lovely richness on the nose. Quite full flavoured, mainly with oak, which does last, but the beauty seems to be missing. Don’t drink this yet as it’s a bit dull at present.
