This somehow reminds me of shellfish. It doesn’t smell fishy, but perhaps of fresh air and shells. Really very sweet. A great wine for a sweetish starter. Any fat and smooth pate, be it duck or goose, happy or unhappily reared. Or perhaps a sweet pork in creamy sauce, or with apples.
