My goodness, what a fabulous smell. Sweetly ripe, apricot aroma with a hint of vanilla from the oak. There’s 20% new oak, and it’s fabulous. The taste is so full, so achingly complex with ripe, round and yet fresh fruit and just the right balance of oak. Fabulous.
