100% Sauvignon Blanc from 130 acres of hilltop vineyards grown on deep limestone soil. The average age of the vines is 20 years. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel and concrete vats. Winemaker ~ Philippe Reculet.
Creamy nose, with some fruit - and peapods. Intense flavour. Lovely. A little lees texture but long and vibrant.

I thought the '07 was near perfect for the price. Goose endorsed the '08
