100% Syrah. Grapes were hand-picked from 5th-18th May 2007. Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks for 6-8 days at 25-28°C, total malolactic fermentation, aged for 12 months in French oak with medium toast, with racking every 3 months. Winemaker ~ Marcelo Papa. IWSC 2009 - Bronze, IWC 2009 - Bronze.
