Viticulture/Vinification: 2006 gave ripe grapes with intensity and good alcohol. Cold maceration takes place for 8 days at 7°C, followed by fermentation for 25 days including pigeage. The wine settles naturally for two weeks and is then aged for 15 months in 2nd and 3rd fill French oak barriques.
