Grape variety: 100% Falaghina.
Region: Beneventano (Campania region).
Viticulture/Vinification: Organic farming. The grapes are handpicked at the beginning of October and separated into small containers. Fermentation takes place in temperature controlled stainless steel vats below 18°. The wine is filtered and cold stabilised for 10 days at -4°. This wine is unoaked.

Peardrop aroma. Very full flavoured and chewy. It’s unoaked but has a lot of texture, almost to the point of bitterness. Needs snacks. 12.50% 02/04/09
