Grape Variety: 100% Chardonnay.
Region: Mâconnais (predominantly the communes of Prissé, Sologny and Verzé).
Viticulture/Vinification: The production is “Viticole Raisonnée” which uses nature over chemicals. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats between 18- 22ºC and the wine is left on its lees over the winter months before being fined and filtered. This wine is unoaked.

Nice ripe Chardonnay aroma. Quite a lot of texture. Too much, actually. Hard work.
