Grape variety: 75% Tocai and 25% Pinot Grigio.

Viticulture/Vinification: Vineyards are managed by eco-friendly methods. Hand harvesting is followed by destemming. Gentle pressing with pneumatic presses to obtain the finest must. Must settling and racking before fermentation, which takes place at a controlled temperature for about 15 days. The wine was aged in stainless steel vats and does not spend any time in oak. Filtered and cold stabilised for 10 days at -4 °C.
