Viticulture/Vinification: Located in the Weald of Kent, with a mild climate and soils of characteristic Wealden Clay overlying Tunbridge Wells sands. Traditional method sparkling wine. Primary fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. Prior to disgorgement, the wine is matured on its lees for 18 months.
