Viticulture/Vinification: The start of the harvest was delayed due to cooler than average weather conditions. Clay soils. Grapes are fermented between 10-15ºC in stainless steel with no lees contact. Racked, sterile filtered and cold stabilised by the contact process below 0ºC, before bottling. This wine is unoaked.

Very catty and ripely fruity. Dry, pithy and with a catty finish. Disappointing pear drop flavour. 13% 02/04/09
