Viticulture/Vinification: Grapes are carefully selected from only classified Grand Cru villages of the Côtes des Blancs. First fermentation takes place in thermostatically-controlled stainless steel vats. 22% of the blended wines do not undergo malolactic fermention. This wine is matured in cellars, for four to five years on the lees.
