A nice fresh aroma, but not necessarily with Sauvignon character. It’s dry white wine, moderately fruity but bears little resemblance to Sauvignon.

As regards price v quality Chile is starting to become very expensive.

This wine is dry white tat. You may as well buy a humble Vin du Pays sb/colombard blend for £2.99 as buy this or almost any other sub £8 South American sb.

Cono Sur Vision is very lovely though and the Casillero Del Diablo has some varietal flavour that lasts about 3 months....it fades badly after that.

Montes can produce some decent SB in the £6~£8 range. Also, the Secano Estate SB from M&S is very nice at around £7. I avoid most of the other brands.
