60% Shiraz and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon. Made by Neqtar Wines located in the Murray Darling region of Australia. The grapes are grown on sandy clay loam, vines are 10 years old and the grapes are both machine-and hand-pruned. They are machine-harvested, with a yield of 15-20 tons/ha. Air-bag pressed and fermented in French and American oak for 5-7 days at 20-27ºC and pumped over twice daily. Full malolactic fermentation takes place and the wine is matured for 6-8 months in a mixture of French and American oak. Suitable for vegetarians. Lightly fruity nose.
