60% Grenache and 40% Syrah planted on stony chalky-clay soils. Grapes are traditionally and organically grown, hand-harvested at maturity. Once received in the winery, they are totally destemmed and maceration lasts 15 days. Matured in vat to keep freshness and fruitiness. The wine is bottled at the end of the Spring following harvest. Very ripe fruit, almost to rotting stage. Spicy and tasty. Good food wine. Like it, apart from the smell. Alc 13.45%, TA 3.29g/l, pH 3.58, RS 1.43g/l.
