100% Pinot Noir grown on clay/limestone around Kientzheim, Kaysersberg. Vines are 20-30 years old and planted on south-facing slopes. Grapes are cold-soaked prior to traditional fermentation. No oak. Suitable for vegetarians.

Pale colour. Nice undergrowth smell but quite a spirit led nose. Fresh acidity, clean and gentle. Not bad, but not cheap either.
Alc 12.5%, TA 4.6g/l, pH 3.67. Available from Wine Direct and 41 branches.
