Produced by YVON MAU SA, from 70% MERLOT, 30% CABERNET FRANC
The must is cold macerated. The juice is pumped over the must and skins punched down. The wine and skins are then warm macerated.
13.5%vol

Spicy, warm saddle smell. Spicy taste and very good for the money. Long and christmassy taste, but dry. Yum.
