100% de-stemmed bunches were fermented in stainless steel for 7 days at 30˚C using natural yeasts. 70% of the finished wine spent 8 months aging in American oak. 10% of the wine was aged in new oak with a medium toast.

Lovely ripe raspberry aroma – typical of Carmenère. Definitely sweet and darkly fruity, with some plain chocolate. Pretty good.
