Produced by BODEGAS SAN MARCOS, from 100% MAZUELO Grapes were hand picked on 1st September 2007 from 13 year old low yielding bush vines planted on clay soil. The grapes were crushed into small stainless steel fermenters. Controlled fermentation as 28-30˚c with pump over and delestage. Very, very ripe wine. Really heady, fragrant and concentrated smell. Very sweet and New Worldy. Dark plum jam, perhaps? 08/10/2008
