Produced by CANTINE SETTESOLI, from 70% NERELLO MASCALESE, 30% NERO D’AVOLA
The grapes are picked between the end of September and the beginning of October. Then they are crushed delicately and then macerate for 8-10 days. The fermentation is temperature controlled.
12.5%vol

Quite pale for Sicilian red – not a good sign. Earthy smell. Dry and pointless in the mouth.
