| Produced by CAVE DE TAIN L’HERMITAGE, from 100% SYRAH										Destemming followed by temperature controlled fermentation in vats for 8-12 days with pumping over twice a day. 30% of the wine is aged for 6 - 8 months in 400 litre French oak barrels. The wines are fined and undergo light membrane filtration before bottling.

 Plummy fruit on the nose and quite fragrant. Fresh and clean in the mouth. Definitely lightweight, but good for a picnic. Not a dinner party wine.
