Mainly machine harvested at night or early morning in order to avoid oxidation.
Fermentation is done at 28oC maximum and for 5 days. After fermentation, maceration lasted between 6 and 10 days.
13.5%vol

Ripe and inviting cassis aroma, with some eucalyptus. Strongly medicinal and blackcurrant tasting. Like it. £8 is the top of its price.
