Produced by Domaines Paul Mas, from 100% MERLOT
Destemming of the grapes, cold pre-fermentation maceration for 4 days at 10°C, fermentation for 5 days at 26°C. 8 days skin contact maceration at 20°C. After the end of the malolactic fermentation, a blend of the different vats is made, which are either put into barrel or stainless steel for ageing.
13.8%vol

Pleasant stalky merlot on the nose. Benchmark merlot taste. Stalky with some blackcurrant and spice. Good and a reasonable price.
