Produced by GRANDS VINS DE GIRONDE, from 50% CABERNET SAUVIGNON,35% MERLOT,15% CABERNET FRANC Temperature controlled fermentation for 10 to 15 days. The vinification of the parcels is carried out separately and the blend is created after the malolactic fermentation depending on the quality of each vat. The ageing process combines the use of 80 % tanks and 20 % oak barrels (few years old) for 4 to 5 months. 12.5%vol Very pale colour. Some cedar but not a very rich smell. Mean and think.
