Produced by BOISSET, from 100% PINOT NOIR
Pinot Noir from the Vin de Pays d’Oc region is vinified in the traditional Burgundy method; de-stemming and crushing followed by cold maceration (15°C) and a two-week fermentation period in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Aged in tank with chips.

Fresh and strawberry scented – more like Beaujolais than Pinot. Light and fruity lunchtime wine.
