Produced by Vina San Pedro, from 100% CHARDONNAY
Must held in stainless tanks at 11oC for 24-28 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 15 days below 16oC.
13%vol

No smell. Fresh, dry white wine. OK for the price.
