Produced by LAGAR DE FORNELOS, S.A, from 100% ALBARINO The harvest started on September 17th. The grapes were de-stemmed and pressed as soon as they arrived at the winery. After decantation, the clean must was transferred to stainless steel tanks to ferment at a controlled temperature, 16 ºC. The wine remains in stainless steel vats at 12ºC until the bottling. 13%vol Floral, perhaps like lemon sweeties. A lot of acidity. Really searingly fresh. Feels like it cures oral bacteria but actually it’s rather nice. Wakes you up. 08/10/2008
