Harvest Period: 1th to 15th September. Grapes are destemmed, crushed, chilled at 8°C. After soft pressing the juice is cold settled with enzymes. The fermentation is continued with selected yeast at 15-18°C. Maturation and storage in stainless steel tanks on yeast lees.
13%vol

Creamy, yet fresh, and very appealing smell. Fresh, fruity and tangy, with a hint of bitterness initially, which leaves. Dry, but ripe.
