Produced by Badet Clément & Co, from 100% White Grenache
The grapes are de-stemmed and pressed immediately (pneumatic press). Fermentation (following 18 to 24 hours racking) in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperatures (14 to 16°C). The wine is aged in tank.

Light, pear drop smell. Off dry, peardrop taste. Young girls’ wine. No better.
